Meet the Owners Krisztina and Michalis
Krisztina Csedrik Giakoumakis is a local by choice, having moved to Crete 20 years ago to start an innovative Restaurant Guide to the island, which was a successful business for almost 2 decades. Client service was always an integral part of her career path throughout her years in international advertising and corporate marketing. With a hands-on approach and a deep connection to Crete, she works closely with both guests and property owners, to ensure every stay feels welcoming, relaxed and carefully considered.
Michalis Giakoumakis was born and raised in Tavronitis and has worked in numerous capacities in the hospitality-tourism industry in Western Crete. Throughout his 25 years of experience, he has amassed an unparalleled knowledge of the inner workings of this business and has developed a closely-knit network of services and people who have all the answers to any household problem. If for some reason he cannot fix it himself, he finds the right person for the job in no time.
From guest communication to property care, Krisztina and Michalis manage all with warmth, professionalism and genuine local knowledge.
